Return and Refund Policy

At Key Card Games, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. CONDITION OF ITEMS
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. More specifically, the game’s seal must be unbroken.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To return your product, please contact us at info@keycardgames.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@keycardgames.com.
6. EXCHANGES
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a game for the same item, email us at info@keycardgames.com.
